Appointment Cancellations

• We request 24-hours notice of cancellation for all appointments. 
• If necessary, messages may be left by voicemail or text message after hours.  A $35 fee will be charged for missed appointments or late cancellations.
• NOTE: Depending upon service, new clients will be charged a $35 - $50 fee to reserve their first appointment. This fee will be deducted from the cost of the service, or retained if client fails to keep their appointment. Payment and Insurance
• We accept the Insurance Discount program, American Specialty Health, administrator for Healthy Rewards. The discount amount is determined by your insurance provider and is typically 20-25%. You will pay the discounted rate at the time of service. You may be able to submit the cost of your service to your Flexible Spending Cash or other insurance reimbursement option. 
• At this time, Naturopathy and related services are not covered by any insurance plans.
• When scheduling your initial appointment, please let us know if you will be utilizing an Insurance Discount program. Please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment.
• We also accept cash, checks and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover).
