Payment and Insurance
We accept the Insurance Discount program, American Specialty Health, administrator
for Healthy Rewards. The discount amount is determined by your insurance provider and is typically 20-25%. You will pay the discounted rate at the time of service. You may be able to submit the cost of your service to your Flexible Spending Cash or other insurance reimbursement option. At this time, Naturopathy and related services are not
covered by any insurance plans.
When scheduling your initial appointment, please let us know if you will be utilizing an Insurance Discount program. Please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment.
We also accept cash, checks, Afterpay and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and
Discover).

counseling in accordance with a doctrinal code* of conduct for physical, mental and
spiritual wellness. The titles PSc.D and D.PSc relate to a practitioner’s PMA license, and
not to any state license authority.

charges involving moral turpitude, are assessed for suitability as a ministerial provider,
